The Newbie secret… A coaching program from Codrut Torcanu

By Los Angeles Internet Marketing • July 29th, 2007

Thanks for Dropping By! I'd love to learn more about you, so why don't you join my MyBlogLog Community and say "Hi"?

So I signed up for the Newbie secret Platinum… Why?

Well, first why not?

Here are the reasons why not. I don’t generally buy ebooks anymore. I used to buy thousands. I still stay on the lists of people pushing ebooks, and I look at the sales letters sometimes - but I don’t buy too much. Frankly, I have a high BS detector, and most of the information in the ebooks I pretty much know myself. I’m simply looking for a step - by - system to implement all of the random scattered knowledge that I know works. Plus, many of the times, the authors use a nice “bait-n-switch” on you in salesletters.

They raise up issues, and alot of times, they don’t really solve the problem. A common one is “don’t you hate always spending more money on internet marketing stuff, and not making the money back”…  “buy my product and I’ll give you a 60 day guarantee - If you’re not making at least $1,000 a month, I will give you double your money back.” Now, this doesn’t work for me, because often, I’ll read the tactic that they offer, and feel it doesn’t fit with the market I work with, or it just doesn’t jibe with my personality. Will I request a refund? No. Why? Because I feel like maybe that marketer truly did give the solution that worked for them, it just doesn’t work for me, and I feel kind of guilty taking back the money.

Well, Codrut Torcanu has gotten beyond my Bullshit detector. I actually hired him about a year ago to teach me how to do online marketing better. However, Codrut focused on ebooks, and I just don’t like selling ebooks; not when I’m basically a “newb” myself - at least not in the internet marketing niche. (But even overall, I just don’t like it. I feel that I buy ebooks, and they just satisfy my need to throw money at my problems, and that I don’t really use them, so it doesn’t give me a sense of satisfaction.) So I stopped working with Codrut - and he was very cordial about it.

This time around, Codrut asked me to promote his new coaching program “The newbie secret”. Well, I followed his launch with interest, and it definitely intrigued me. (Besides, Codrut threw me some praise on my blog - and who could resist that?!! Hint: always good to praise your prospect for the wise decision they will make by buying).

In short, if you really want to get ahead in the internet marketing game, you want to get a coach, and Codrut is definitely the person - he is more into the coaching thing, and i like that. I would suggest that you go check out his program at www.thenewbiesecret.com.

While you are at it, do yourself a favor, and get the coaching part as well, the platinum. The extra $250 is well worth the effort. Yeah, I did it myself, I want to have the chance to get coached from Codrut.
