CEO - Aaron Victor.
With over 8 years of experience, Aaron has broad and expert knowledge of direct marketing, business development, online marketing and project management. Before moving to California in 2003, Aaron managed several major accounts for the New Jersey ad agency Marketing Dynamics. After landing in the LA area, Aaron headed up the marketing department for Dakota Financial, a leading equipment leasing company, and later was the Director of Marketing for JMG Records when they won a Grammy® for “Best World Music Album.” He also carries with him that entrepreneurial spirit, as he owned and managed his own mortgage company for a year-and-a-half. Aaron received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing in New York City, as part of the final graduating class of the 20th century.
President - David Jaeger.
David Jaeger is an experienced and passionate Search Marketer. He started off working with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies creating Search Marketing Campaigns. He also worked with Affiliate Search Marketers, and has run his own companies. On the one hand he believes that the internet is one of the most powerful ways to communicate with people, and therefore Search Marketing is a high priority. On the other hand, he believes very strongly in “real communications”, and looks to integrate the search marketing strategy with the branding position that the company is taking in their physical locations, over the radio and TV, and in their PR campaigns.
When he’s not head and shoulders in internet marketing and strategy, you can find him doing some biking, jogging, or jetskiing.
COO - Alain Youngman
Alain has over 20 years experience in international business development, specializing in identifying and creating niche markets. Alain always adopts a hands on approach to business, and offers a dynamic understanding of clients needs. Over the last 5 years, he has worked extensively in the Medical finance industry and has previously managed a call center with over 100 employees. He is an accomplished trouble shooter and speaks or has a working knowledge of most of the European languages. He is an avid historian, world traveler, equestrian and art collector.
